Cancellation, return and size change policy

Primomoto knows there is enough uncertainty given circumstances in today’s world with the COVID-19 virus.

As such, all orders placed as of _ _ _ _ _ are under our extended return policy of 90 days. Items that have been used or merchandise otherwise excluded from return under our normal Return Policy do not qualify for extended return & exchange terms.

No Hassle Returns or Exchanges

You can return any Primomoto purchase within 90 days for an exchange or refund. In order to qualify you must have the item’s receipt and the product must be in new, unused/uninstalled condition. All original packaging and tags must be intact and included. Returns with ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents will not be accepted.

Returns will be refunded to the original form of payment once the items have been received and inspected. If we are unable to refund to the original payment method, your refund will be made in the form of store credit. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account.

Need to make an exchange? After you process your return, simply place a new order for the exchange merchandise. That means you’ll claim the inventory and get your new gear fast!

Can I return a product?

Most products purchased at Primomoto.es can be returned, provided they keep the original packaging and are in perfect condition. Including accessories, documentation and original packaging, otherwise the asset will suffer a depreciation.

In accordance with the exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal regulated in RDL 1/2007, the return of those products configured to measure (personalized) will not be accepted.

You will only be responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods.

Once the merchandise has been received in our warehouse, and after checking its status, the amount will be reimbursed, in accordance with the payment method made by the client, except in cash, which will be reimbursed by bank transfer and, in any case, within a period not exceeding 14 calendar days from receipt of the returned merchandise. The direct cost of the return of the good will be assumed by the client as stated in the LGCU.

Can I change a product?

Most of the products purchased at Primomoto.es can be exchanged, as long as they keep the original packaging and are in perfect condition. There are some exceptions and certain deadlines to be able to make the return.

FIRST FREE EXCHANGE IN THE PENINSULA AND BALEARES

The first change will be totally free for those purchases made in the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands that exceed 50 euros. It will not be valid for the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Azores and Madeira.

Only one change process will be allowed per order.

What are the terms for the return or exchange of a product?

The return terms detailed below will start counting from the delivery of the order:

30 calendar days: for all the products on our website

15 calendar days: for products with defects or defects.

For purchases made from December 1 to January 7, changes and returns can be made until February 15.

How do I return or exchange?

customersupport@Primomoto.es where they will inform you of how to start the change process or personally, at Primomoto.es in Valencia or Zaragoza.

Once the merchandise has been received in our warehouse, and after checking the state of the merchandise, the amount will be refunded or exchanged.

For returns, the direct cost of returning the goods will be assumed by the customer as stated in the LGCU.

Expenses arising from transportation, and which will not be reimbursed, will be subject to the following conditions:

– The return of the order in a Maximo-Moto Store in Valencia and Zaragoza does not generate any expense.

-For Spain Less than 50 Euros order value, only the amount of the items will be refunded.

For Portugal, Italy, France, Germany & United Kingdom Less than 150 Euros order value, only the amount of the items will be refunded.

– More than 50 euros, an amount of 6 euros will be subtracted in the peninsula and the Balearic Islands. For Europe, consult Customer Service. The refund, in this case, will be made through transfer or PayPal.

What if I receive the order and the product has a defect or defect?

First of all, you must take some photos of the defect and send them to customersupport@Primomoto.es along with your contact information.

After analyzing the product and verifying the defect, Primomoto.es will take care of the freight corresponding to the recovery of the defective article and the shipment of the correct article.

The maximum term to request the exchange or return of the defective item is 15 working days from the date of receipt of the order.

What if the product does not correspond to the order placed?

Primomoto.es will bear all the expenses. Both collection of the wrong product and the delivery costs of the correct order.

We will not re-send merchandise until the product being returned or exchanged has been verified in our warehouses, as well as the condition of the packaging and its accessories.
